Do not focus on what people might say that are hurting,  if you are pregnant or not, we all know that we can not control the way people talk to us. So focus on things you can control not things you can not control because this will make you feel  bad and your happiness will be lost, i know you don't want that.

2. TALK TO SOMEONE 

Like i said before, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, so one way for you to be less anxious of fear of the unknown is for you to talk to someone close to you and you are very comfortable with.

So many feel comfortable talking to a doctor which is great, they can teach you of some body changes that you may be experiencing sooner or later if not now.

You might want to talk to a very close buddy that understand you and listen to you when you express yourself. you need a shoulder to lean on. if your current relationship is going well and he accept the pregnancy, please always carry him along in every step of the way. Remember He is the farther of your unborn child.  just click with the rhythm, you will be fine.

3.MOVE ON

 This is really important to do because being pregnant out of wedlock isn't the end of the road, you don't need to shut the door, accept the fact that it has happened to you and you can not change it. 

do not be too hard on your self  because medically, physically and mentally you need to be healthy. do not worry too much, we might be concern of what next await you, it is normal to feel that way even with those who are married too.

Do not allow the situation to make you feel that you have failed yourself and those around you, you need to be a victor of your situation not a victim.

Now you have things to worry about, like raising a baby, getting a new job, Because financially you have to work to have few dollars for bills if you are living or taking care of yourself all by yourself  and build or start a relationship, just take a day at a time and you will feel better.

Moving on is  one key you always have with you all the time to be happy, do not worry its not a one time key, you can always open and open and open until you are fully back to your feet.

Always keep moving on no matter what until you gave birth to that beautiful child of yours that will change your life for good.
